However, if you feel that the products you have purchased are not fulfilling their purchase – you do have an option to request a refund. Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we issue refunds that have been requested not later than 15 days after subscription purchase. Otherwise, your subscription is set to auto-renew, and we follow these refund policies:
- We don’t offer refunds after 15 days following the first payment.
- We don’t offer refunds for renewal payments. Thirty days before an annual subscription renews, we’ll send an email letting you know you’re scheduled for payment. If you don’t want your site to renew automatically, you can disable auto-renew.
As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing products from us.
